Two days ago Janelle and I went for a hike in City Creek Canyon. We didn't have much time so we only went to the one mile mark before we turned back. I had a lot of fun taking photos because I just recently discovered that my analog lens fits and works with my digital camera, meaning I can get some really great long distance shots, and some even more fantastic depth of field range.


Janelle is a lot of fun to take pictures of, but it is so hard to get natural poses out of her. She feels a camera lens watching her and POSE! And of course she always does silly poses. Even so, I still got some really amazing pictures of her being natural.


I love this hike (more of a walk considering the path is paved), and recommend it to everyone!! I hope that by the end of the summer I finally get to the end of this hike (I never have before, it is 5.7 miles one way, 11.4 miles total!)
